Create Templates for Microsoft Teams with Teams Manager

How can you best create a template in MS Teams according to your needs

In this tutorial we show you how to create a new template using Teams Manager.

To create a new template, users must navigate to the Teams Manager app and choose the Templates tab. They can then create a new template by giving it a name and a description. Once created, users can add channels, remove the wiki tab, add Microsoft and third-party apps, and predefine content in Microsoft OneNote and Tasks. The files tab allows users to set up a folder structure, and the team settings can be defined in the template. Users must save the template to make it available to users and can deactivate it if necessary.

To benefit from all the advantages of Teams Manager, users must add metadata, define a naming convention and lifecycle, and create a policy and execution.
