From the Basement to Germany's largest Governance App Developer
We have grown from a one-man-show to an innovative team of over 70 specialists. We shared the first office in a basement in Veitsbronn. Now Solutions2Share presents itself in several locations in different countries.
In 2009, we started developing our first governance tool, Collaboration Manager. Today, with more than 10 years of experience in developing Microsoft 365 products, we are the number 1 for governance apps.
We are especially proud of our Teams Manager, whose release we celebrated in 2019. Teams Manager is the simplest tool for governance in Microsoft Teams.

In 2021, we managed to reach the next big stage. The Groß Group was formed and Solutions2Share was able to grow further with partner companies Digital Touch and Solutions2Share Georgia. Also in 2021, External User Manager, for managing Microsoft Teams guest users, was launched.
Our goal is to simplify the management of Microsoft 365 to improve your governance and facilitate collaboration with your colleagues around the world.
Our apps have already been installed more than 40,000 times by customers in 72 countries. It’s no coincidence that we were also named a High Performer by G2.
