Onboarding a new guest in Microsoft Teams with External User Manager

External User Manager provides an invitation and approval process for guests in Microsoft Teams. After being invited to a team, guests are first directed to an onboarding portal. There they can enter more information about themselves (metadata). The organization they are invited to can also upload documents or videos for the guest to view or sign.
