Where does the app run and who owns the code?

Your app runs inside your Microsoft 365 tenant on EU-based Azure infrastructure. You own the source code, and we hand it over with documentation. Your IT team can maintain it independently.

Is the price fixed or hourly?

After the scoping call we quote a fixed-scope, fixed-price package. No surprise hourly billing. If scope changes mid-project, we re-scope transparently before continuing.

Is it GDPR-compliant and secure by default?

Yes. We follow GDPR-by-design, ISO 27001 controls, and Microsoft Solutions Partner standards. Apps run on EU Azure, and data stays in your tenant, with no external SaaS dependencies.

Do you handle support and maintenance after launch?

Yes, optionally. We offer a maintenance retainer for bug fixes, M365 platform updates and minor feature additions. If your team wants to fully own it post-launch, the handover is complete enough to do so.
