Here are the new features of the External User Manager release in October 2021 for Microsoft Teams.

Deactivate existing teams for external access: Via a webjob you can deactivate all existing teams for external access, so that guest users can only be invited with External User Manager.
Invite guests to Microsoft 365 groups: With the update you can invite externals directly to Microsoft 365 groups (without Teams).
Language German and English: As of today, External User Manager is available in German and English.
Webhook: We enable webhook integration for third-party tools.
